Services are provided for infants, children, youth, adults and seniors

Services are provided for needs not addressed by other community programs

Services are provided for residents of Wyoming, including middle income residents

 

Who is eligible for assistance?  To be eligible for assistance from Wyoming CARES, you must be a United States citizen and a Wyoming resident.  A Wyoming resident is defined as a person living in Wyoming for at least six months. 

 

How to apply for assistance:  An application is required for assistance.  All applications must have a professional referral.  An application can be obtained by calling Wyoming CARES.  Once completed, the application is reviewed by the Professional Review Committee on a monthly basis. 

Wyoming CARES does not provide case management services.  All correspondence is directed to the referring professional.
